Joseph Banks Laboratories and Minster House were designed to create world-class research facilities for the University of Lincoln's Schools of Chemistry, Pharmacy and Life Sciences.
The University chose to locate these Schools at Lincoln Science and Innovation Park rather than on its neighbouring campus in order for its researchers and students to be part of the Park's scientific community.
Access to scientific equipment at Joseph Banks Laboratories and Minster House is available to Science Park tenants. This includes x-ray diffractors, microscopy equipment and a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer.
Within Joseph Banks Laboratories and Minster House, technicians, academics and researchers work with Science Park businesses to share their skills and knowledge, undertake research and collaborate on projects.
