The £3m Alchemy Building, supported by the European Regional Development Fund and the Midlands Engine, provides expansion space for small businesses and research and development specialists moving out of managed workspace.

Between one and six tenant companies, employing ten to 100 employees, can be housed in the 929 m2 three-storey building at any one time.

Companies that have moved into the Alchemy Building, many of which want to stay in or move to Lincoln, enjoy the high-tech facilities of the Science Park and join its thriving science and tech community.
