Research by Lincoln Science & Innovation Park in 2019 showed a lack of access to early-stage funding for high-growth potential and start-up businesses in Greater Lincolnshire. The Science Park helped to establish Lincolnshire Business Angels to provide the infrastructure and support to address this.
Lincolnshire Business Angels works with SMEs seeking equity investment to refine their business proposals and plans to become investment ready. It provides the platform to connect these businesses with its group of Business Angels through pitch presentation events.
