Phase Two

Phase Two

Phase Two of Lincoln Science & Innovation Park has created a commercial environment to engage larger and expanding businesses and supply chains.

New Opportunities

Phase Two expansion, estimated at £20 million, has crreated more than 10,000 square metres of commercial floorspace in Lincoln's industrial heartland and is expected to create around 800 new jobs.

Units of between 500 and 3,000 square metres, over six landscaped acres west of the current science park site, are available to large science and technology companies.

Future Impact

The new development is designed to provide building stock that is more focussed on technology than has previously been available in Lincolnshire.

Tom Blount, Director of Lincoln Science & Innovation Park, said: “With Phase Two, we are creating an environment which engages whole supply chains to really impact on the county’s innovation ecosystem and the wider regional economy."
